SOS Runs For Glory

SOS will be flexing his superhero muscles on the streets of Brighton on Sunday 16th May as he powers up for the Heroes Run.

Surely nothing can stop him as he ploughs up the pavements at the Speed Of Sound, leaving his rivals and nemeses in his wake. But speed isn't the only thing on his mind - the Heroes Run is in aid of PassingItOn, a charity who raise money to build schools and support education in the poorest parts of Africa.

Read more about the charity and the run here, and get down to the coast to see SOS run, if your eyes are quick enough!

Superhero Me in The Sun

Meet Speed Of Sound (SOS) - the masked superhero who puts his body on the line to guard the mean streets of... er, Epsom, Surrey.

He doesn't fly, uses public transport to get around and rather than tackling baddies, he mows lawns and helps old ladies to cross the road.

SOS's story bears a striking resemblance to movie Kick-Ass, in which a geeky student with no super powers attempts to become a superhero.
